Moving on from our root and grounding we will move to the 2nd Chakra, the Sacral Chakra.
The Sacral Chakra governs our energy and creativity, and when in balance will ensure an increased sense of flexibility and flow in life. In Sanskrit, it is described as the sacred home of self, join me in on a journey back to our Sacred selves.

The Star of Hope is delighted to offer weekly development classes in Mediumship and Healing to all levels of Spiritual awareness.

Mediumship Development and SITP will take place every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Healing and Meditation will take place every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

Following in the footsteps of the Spiritualist Pioneers, we will spend time SITP to attune with the Spirit World and work in a disciplined method to provide proof of survival.
For all levels of Medium, and for those looking to spend time with the world of Spirit intelligence.
HEALING:
2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
During the Healing development classes we will work on our connection to Spirit World through Meditation and how it helps us achieve an altered state. There will be opportunity to work on our distant healing as well as receive healing, connecting with our Spirit Guides as well as the importance of Color.
Classes will offer a blend of practical experience, theory, fun and most importantly will give you the confidence to progress in your development.
