Organizations

The Spiritualist Church of Canada (SCC) – is a national parent body for Canadian Spiritualist organizations. They have an educational and accreditation program through which it trains ministerial candidates for ordination. SCC ministers registered in accordance with provincial legislation are recognized to perform marriages within Ontario and British Columbia.

Lily Dale Assembly – Established in 1879, Lily Dale has been the world’s largest center for spiritual development and the practice of the Spiritualist religion. Read about their many events and subscribe to their newsletter.

Survival Research Institute of Canada (SRIC) – The primary purpose of the Survival Research Institute of Canada (SRIC) is to investigate whether some part of human consciousness or personality survives physical death and whether that surviving “spirit” is able to communicate with the living. They also have a comprehensive list of spiritualist churches and organizations across Canada.

The Batten Gale Spiritualist Trust – A not-for-profit corporation founded in 2007 to honour past generations of the Batten and Gale families and their service to the cause of Spiritualism for over 100 years.

Kawartha Mediums (KM) –  is a multi-faceted inspirational organization that strives to bring Spiritual awareness to the Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas.

Kawartha Mediums is a Spiritual Directory – for Mediums, Psychics, Energy Workers and Vendors who are looking for a multi-faceted platform to promote their skills, their abilities, their business and to build their clientele.

Canadian Fellowship of Spiritualists – We are a non-denominational interfaith Fellowship and we welcome anyone that is interested in learning more about Spiritualism.


Spiritualist Churches

The Eternal Life Spiritual Centre – Located in Oshawa. The Eternal Life Spiritual Centre (ELSC) is an environment of love and fellowship providing spiritual nourishment through weekly Divine services; spiritual/psychic development classes; workshops and seminars for the purpose of enhancing one’s natural potential.

The Orillia Star of Hope – Located in Orillia with a satellite in Barrie.  An offshoot of our church.

The Hope Memorial Spiritual Church of Brantford – The Hope Memorial Spiritual Church of Brantford was started by the late Rev. Gertrude and Leslie Lievers and Mr. Richardson. Hope follows and teaches the Principles of Spiritualism and holds development classes from October until April.

Church of Universal Love – Universal Love evolved in the minds of a few who felt that there was a need to establish a centre for people resident in the North and West of Toronto. It received its charter in May 1977.
