Meditation ~ Wednesdays

Meditation is often used as a tool for stress relief, relaxation, as well as to maintain and improve our physical well-being, however it has purpose that goes far beyond these benefits. Continuous practice of meditation helps us to develop our true understanding ourselves and our life purpose. Regular meditation enhances and develops our ability to focus, and find solutions to issues we face in our daily lives. It provides insight, clarity, intuitive awareness and balance.
Through guided meditation, peer discussion and encouragement we develop our natural abilities to spiritually connect and unfold. As with any ability , the more your practice the easier it gets, and eventually becomes a positive habit.
Wednesdays (7:30 pm) at Connaught Park Clubhouse, 435 Jarvis St. Oshawa.
