What is table tipping aka table turning?
It is Communication with spirit through a form of physical mediumship/seance
● Mental and physical mediumship
● Modern Spiritualists in 1848, the fox sisters, raps, taps, clapping physical
● Table tipping – process of spirit spelling out messages took too long
● Table tipping and the “Yes” and “No” answers
● Blending of energies to move the table, sometimes we may feel that we are moving the table as our energies blend and align

● Reason for 3 legs – more people can sit around the table on a spiritual level some people thought the number three to be holy or divine, i.e. mind, body and spirit combining

● Clearing and intent of what we are planning to do
● Meditation, singing, saying a prayer with intent
● How each group of people and the energy they bring to the exchange will result in different experiences

● Like in mental mediumship there will be a guide in change of the event
● Starting the table movements and order to the proceedings
● Guide acts a go between you, the table and the spirit world
● It will be a team that works with you the table, never one spirit, loved ones can be part of the team
