Cornerstones of our service to our community:
Sunday Divine Service regularly rotates guest Speakers, Proof of Survival providers (Messages), and Chairperson. Our Divine Service occasionally has special events and presentations associated with it.
Wednesday Evening Meditation
Meditation is often used as a tool for stress relief, relaxation, as well as to maintain and improve our physical well-being, however it has purpose that goes far beyond these benefits. Continuous practice of meditation helps us to develop our true understanding ourselves and our life purpose. Regular meditation enhances and develops our ability to focus and find solutions to issues we face in our daily lives. It provides insight, clarity, intuitive awareness and balance.
Through guided meditation, peer discussion and encouragement we develop our natural abilities to spiritually connect and unfold. As with any ability, the more your practice the easier it gets, and eventually becomes a positive habit. It’s a great way to learn more about Spiritualism and perhaps yourself as well.
With gratitude and respect, we acknowledge that we are situated on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation. Today, this land is home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful for the opportunity to congregate in this territory.
