Meditation is often used as a tool for stress relief, relaxation, as well as to maintain and improve our physical well-being, however it has purpose that goes far beyond these benefits. Continuous practice of meditation helps us to develop our true understanding of ourselves and our life purpose. Regular meditation enhances and develops our ability to focus, and find soulutions to issues we face in our daily lives. It provides insight, clarity, intuitve awareness and balance.
Through guided meditation, peer discussion and ecnouragement we develop our natural abilities to spiritually connect and unfold. As with any ability, the more you practice the easier it gets, and eventually becomes a positive habit.
